DELIVERY DETAILS AND RENTAL MINIMUMS
At Prim, we don't want you to have any surprises. With that, here are some details about our delivery requirements and rental minimums below. As always, email or call us with questions!
We have a minimum furniture rental order of $500.00 (this does not include accessories such as mirrors, pillows and rugs) within 30 miles one way from 85283. The delivery rate starts at $200 plus mileage (from our location in Tempe).
From 50 miles one way, our minimum furniture rental is $800.00. For distances 90 miles+ one way, we can prepare a custom delivery quote for you.
In order to reserve your items, a 50% deposit is due (non-refundable). The final payment is then due 10 days prior to your event date. From here, we will be reaching out to you to firm up delivery and pick up times and collect any final details (like diagrams or day of contact info).
Our delivery team is not responsible for knowing where to place items, we do require a planner or coordinator to show our delivery team where to place items to ensure accuracy, even when a diagram is provided.
